Is it real leather?

Yes. We use only genuine leather, never PU or bonded leather.

How do I choose a size?

Measure where you'll wear the bag (waist or hips) and match it to the belt sizes on the product page. See our Size Guide.

Can I add initials?

Many styles offer personalisation. Choose "Add initials" on the product page and enter your text at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is made to order and dispatched in 2–4 business days, then takes 3–7 business days to arrive anywhere in India. Shipping is free.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available across India.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within India only.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, for unused, non-personalised items within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

How do I care for leather?

Wipe with a dry cloth, let it air-dry if it gets wet, condition it every few months, and store it in a dust bag.
