Refund Policy

Every Panashe piece is handmade to order. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.

• Return or exchange window: 7 days from delivery.
• Items must be unused and unworn, with all tags and packaging.
• Personalised or custom-sized items (initials, engraving, custom belt length) can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Damaged or wrong item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
• Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged or wrong items, we pay.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI.
• Natural variations in leather grain, tone and markings are a feature of genuine leather, not a defect.
